MENTOR

Mentors come to Winston Rhea with a wide range of personal characteristics and experiences. Mentors provide 1:1 and group mentorship, and commit to bi-weekly check-ins with scholars, and at least one outing every 2 months.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers support by working events, providing expertise with a specific focus area, and donating their time/items to our scholars. Volunteers have less of a time commitment, but every contribution makes an impact for our scholars.
